Regulations The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of an online store must define the terms for delivery and return of goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. This provision is referred to as a distance contract (Cabinet of Ministers regulations).

Distance Contract The seller of the goods offered in this online store, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, enter into the following Agreement:

The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the goods to the Buyer according to the Buyer's order.

Delivery and Payment Procedure The Buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The Buyer can make the payment for the goods using the payment tools integrated into the online store or by paying the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

After placing an order, a representative of SIA Green Partners will contact you only in case of any uncertainties to agree on the delivery time and clarify the ordered goods, their quantity, and price before dispatch.

The Seller ensures the delivery of goods within 20 days from the receipt of payment for the goods, if necessary, coordinating the delivery time with the Buyer. An exception is for goods with different delivery times specified in their description. The delivery time for such goods is considered the one indicated in the product description.

After the goods are dispatched, the delivery time via Omniva parcel machines depends on their load, standard 1-3 working days.

If the Buyer has provided incorrect delivery information and the goods are returned, the money for the delivery and the goods will not be refunded. After the return of the goods, the Seller informs the Buyer via the provided contact information about the fact of the return. If the goods are not damaged, the Buyer has the option to receive the goods again, covering the delivery costs.

If the payment is not made within 7 days, the order is canceled.

Right of Withdrawal The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller. The Seller will send the withdrawal letter form to the Buyer via email upon the Buyer's request.

The Buyer must return the undamaged goods to the Seller within 7 days after sending the withdrawal letter. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller are borne by the Buyer.

The Seller reserves the right to withhold payment institution commission fees and incurred administrative costs up to 10% of the order amount.

The Buyer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal if:

• The ordered goods, by their nature, cannot be returned, or they quickly deteriorate or are quickly consumable;
• The ordered goods are made specifically for the Buyer according to an individual order;

Article 12, paragraph six of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that "the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the withdrawal period". The Seller reserves the right to refuse the Buyer the right of withdrawal or to withhold a compensation fee if the goods are damaged, handled carelessly during use, or if the instructions are not followed, if the original packaging of the goods is lost, or if the packaging is significantly damaged.

The Seller will refund the Buyer for the returned goods within 3 working days after receiving the goods.

Data Processing By entering the necessary information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their provided data will be used so that the Seller can accept the Buyer's order and deliver the goods in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. By entering the information, the Buyer agrees that notifications related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to the specified email address.
